VAM Systems is a Business Consulting, IT Technology Solutions and Services company with operations in UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, USA, Australia, Singapore & India.


VAM Systems is currently looking for IT Support Technician/IT Help Desk Engineer for our Qatar operations with the following skill set and terms and conditions:


Skill Set required:


  • 3 years experience in IT Support

  • Technical writing skills

  • Spoken language Arabic and English

  • A good memory of how software and operating systems work

  • Excellent listening and questioning skills combined with the ability to interact confidently with clients to establish what the problem is and explain the solution

  • The ability to work well in a team

  • Problem-solving skills

  • A strong customer focus

  • The ability to prioritize your workload

  • Patience, technical orientation and interest

  • Attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:


  • IT Technical Support for End users.

  • Installation new Devices (Computer, laptops, printers, scanners, network printer etc.)

  • Support to the users on OS, MS Office, and other application and software.

  • Installation all kind of application on pcs, (Support and Troubleshooting)

  • Repair the Devices, formatting and troubleshooting.

  • Helping and give the information to users how solving the problem of printers, internet, language, and more. If they face again same problem they can solving himself.


Terms and conditions: 


Joining time frame: 30 days.

The selected candidates shall join VAM Systems – Qatar and shall be deputed to one of the leading Govt Organizations in Qatar.
