Marketing Expert - PM Product Department

Job Description and Requirements

Mission:

 

  • Manage the premium segment for all product lines that insures providing the segment with the finest services and offers differentiating them from mass segments and to generate high revenues that matches the value services provided, in terms of new special offers, deals, special events and value added unique services.
  • Manage and follow up product & offers development and deployment following TTM for 3G and 4G Internets Everywhere (IEW) in order to achieve revenue and base targets and launching needed projects & services.

 

Key Accountabilities:

 

  • Responsible for the premium base across al product lines, in terms of analysis, KPIs and customer behavior.
  • Work with several product lines departments to Launch and deploy unique customer experience for the premium segment through dedicated services and offers which increases the segment loyalty and reduce churn rates.
  • Design and implement protective initives to maintain segment satisfaction, extract Value and reduce churn rate.
  • Launching Products and Services for Pay Monthly Broadband 3G and 4G by designing & developing product concepts, business models, market segmentation, and Media Communications.
  • Coordination of all marketing activities leading to propositions approval.
  • Responsible for managing churn with proactive and reactive retention strategies.
  • Analyzing various data sources to identify customers’ needs and behavior, which is then put into profitable business opportunities either in acquisition, retention, or value extraction.
  • Monitor segment specific KPI's and design & implement needed corrective activities.
  • Monitoring the market and competition and analytically flag areas of weakness to further introduce new initiatives that can be possible areas for growth.
  • Participate in building and implementing marketing planning and roadmaps for the segment
  • Initiate and follow-up communication  for offers/promotions.
  • Follow up the offers activations, revenues, achieving targets and usage analysis.
  • Work with concerned parties to facilitate customer journey, decrease churn, enhance loyalty and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor & enhance sales & after sales process in all channels to generate prospective lists.
  • Work with Go-to-Market to coordinate internal training & support on new offers /promotions.
  • Follow up with techno center the new innovation products.
  • Dealing with sales feedback and related complaints received through front liners.
  • Work with Marketing New Business (Content & Portal) to promote offers & services and define value added service.

 

Qualifications & Competencies:

 

Education & Experience:

 

  • University degree in Marketing or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of which 3 years in marketing position.

 

Competencies:

 

  • Knowledge of telecom industry and mobile business in particular is a Plus.
  • Excellent commands of Microsoft office specially excel.
  • English language fluently  is required.
  • High oral and written communication skills.
  • Good Presentation skills.
  • Customer Service Oriented.
